1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the item has not been shipped.
To cancel your order, contact us immediately 
Once the book is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled before dispatch or for damaged/wrong products received.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
In case of replacement, the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
3. Return Conditions
Books must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.- Returns are not accepted for:
Digital/eBook purchases
Books damaged after delivery
Books purchased during clearance or discount sale
